Board of Directors
Steve Grabosch
Founder & Board Member
Steve Grabosch serves as both a founding leader and key advisory board member of Adullam Outreach. With a background in building development consulting, Steve spent six years searching for a property that could become a home for the vision of Adullam. That search ended in the spring of 2008, when he connected with representatives of Vogel Bros. Building Co., then owners of a vacant warehouse on 30th Street.
What began as a property search soon grew into a long-term partnership to bring renewal and hope to Milwaukee’s North Side, a community deeply impacted by poverty. In 2010, Steve officially launched Adullam Outreach, laying the foundation for what has become a vibrant center of service, dignity, and transformation. Today, he continues to guide the mission with wisdom, vision, and a steadfast commitment to the people of one of the nation’s most challenged cities.
Jamon Lewis
Executive Director & President
Jamon Lewis is a proud Milwaukee native who lives in close proximity to Adullam Outreach and remains deeply rooted in the community he serves. A graduate of Jackie Robinson Middle School, Rufus King High School, and Marquette University, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering before building more than 17 years of leadership experience in Corporate America as a Software Engineer and Product Manager.
In 2010, Jamon was one of the original pioneers who began investing time and resources into Adullam Outreach. His dedication grew steadily, leading him to join the Board in 2014, where he became President. In 2018, he stepped fully into the role of Executive Director, carrying a long-term commitment to fulfill the vision God has entrusted to him for this neighborhood.
Beyond his leadership at Adullam, Jamon has managed and owned real estate properties in Milwaukee’s inner city for over 18 years, overseeing numerous construction projects from planning through execution. His work reflects both a practical skill set and a passion for restoration. In addition, he is actively involved in holistic health education, seeking to strengthen individuals and communities through a balanced, whole-person approach.
James Lewis
Relief Center Director & Community Counselor
James Lewis has served as the Pastor of Christian Power Community Church for more than 20 years and holds a Master’s degree in Divinity. His professional background includes over 35 years as an educator with Milwaukee Public Schools, along with time as an Associate Director in Educational Opportunity Program.
Bringing a wealth of administrative expertise and counseling experience, James now serves as the Director of the Relief Center at Adullam Outreach. He meets personally with every family who comes through the Center’s doors, offering guidance, encouragement, and care. His passion for people and his heart make him a vital presence in both the Adullam community and the neighborhood at large.
Judy Loth
(Board Member)
Judy brings more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a strong background in organizing food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. She is also an active member of the Red Cross Disaster Action Team, where she deploys both locally and nationally to provide emergency assistance during times of crisis.
At Adullam Outreach, Judy started the Family Warming Center, a vital resource created to ensure families never have to split up in order to seek shelter during dangerous winter conditions. The center opens whenever temperatures drop to 15 degrees or lower, or when windchill factors create life-threatening risks. Judy’s passion is rooted in dignity and compassion—believing that no family should be left out in the cold.
Patrick Jordan
